What you get

Alerts, SLOs & incidents, in detail

Alert rules

Checked every minute against live telemetry. You get one message when an alert fires and one when it resolves — never a wall of repeats.

SLOs

A reliability target over a rolling window, the error budget it leaves, and burn-rate alerts that fire while there is still budget to save.

Alert channels

Email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord, Google Chat, PagerDuty, Opsgenie, webhooks, Jira and ServiceNow, with workspace defaults new rules inherit.

Escalation

One primary workspace policy: if an alert stays firing, later steps notify additional channels after a delay.

Incidents

Jira issues and ServiceNow incidents opened from alerts; acknowledgements sync back when inbound webhooks are set up.

Incident timeline

Deploys, alerts, uptime results, markers and ranked release insight on one axis.

How it works

From zero to data in three steps

01

Define

Pick a metric, error rate or check; set a threshold or an SLO target.

02

Route

Choose channels. Rules and uptime checks inherit your workspace defaults.

03

Resolve

Alerts carry the evidence that fired them and close themselves when it clears.

Where Owlpane is narrower

  • Owlpane routes to PagerDuty/Opsgenie and also supports a workspace escalation ladder; full on-call rotations still live in your pager tool.
  • SLOs are measured on sampled request spans; success ratios stay accurate under sampling.
